Mian Muhammad Mueen Wattoo is a Pakistani politician and the current Federal Minister for Water Resources. Recently, he attended the launch of the Global Water Organisation (GWO) in Riyadh, where he signed the charter on behalf of Pakistan, committing to international cooperation in water resource management.
