Michael Butera

Michael Butera is the chief technical adviser to Rwanda's minister of justice. He has been involved in the legal proceedings initiated by the Rwandan government against the UK concerning a scrapped migrant deal, aiming to seek a legal determination of the rights and obligations under the treaty in accordance with international law.
