Michael Mureithi

Michael Mureithi is the Chairman of Unaitas Sacco, a cooperative that was founded to meet the financial needs of tea farmers in Murang’a County after the closure of local banks. Under his leadership, the Sacco has grown to serve nearly 500,000 members and has initiated projects focused on community development, such as tree planting drives in local primary schools. Mureithi's vision involves fostering cooperative growth and enhancing service delivery to rural communities.
