Michael Schai

Michael Schai is the newly appointed group chief executive of Aryzta, a Swiss-Irish baked goods company, having taken on the role in January 2024. He previously served as managing director for Aryzta's Asia-Pacific region, based in Australia. His appointment marks a significant leadership change as he is the first permanent CEO since 2020, following a period of tumultuous management and restructuring within the company.
