Michal Ščevlík

Michal Ščevlík is the owner of Roxor BRGR & Beer, a renowned hamburger restaurant in Bratislava, known for its commitment to quality and authentic ingredients. After studying applied informatics, he ventured into the gastronomy world, drawing inspiration from his travels in Austria, Switzerland, and Italy. Since opening Roxor in 2015, he has successfully expanded the business by relocating to a larger venue and innovating the menu, which has led to a significant increase in profitability. Recently, he made headlines by ending his partnership with the food delivery service Wolt, a decision he believes improved his restaurant's profit margins despite an initial drop in orders.
