Michel Sturdza

Michel Sturdza was a Romanian prince and former Minister of Foreign Affairs during the Axis-aligned government of Ion Antonescu. After World War II, he fled Europe and settled in Cartago, Costa Rica, where he took on the role of a French teacher.
