Michele Smith, also known as Mish, is a Jamaican native and the creator of 'Fi Mi Book,' a unique journal celebrating the Jamaican Patwa language. Residing in the United Kingdom for the past two years, she was inspired to develop this educational tool to bridge the gap between Patwa and English, catering to language lovers and cultural enthusiasts. Through her work, Smith aims to preserve Jamaican heritage and encourage understanding of the language among both Jamaicans and non-Jamaicans. 'Fi Mi Book' features over 100 Patwa expressions, providing users with an interactive and culturally rich experience.
