Miguel Bastidas Bravo
Miguel Bastidas Bravo, also known as 'Gárgola', was a former capo of the Cali cartel and later became the head of 'la Constru', a drug trafficking network in Putumayo. He has been linked to numerous criminal activities and is currently implicated in a scandal involving false security certifications for armed criminal operatives.
