Miguel Caseiro

Miguel Caseiro is the president of the Junta de Freguesia in Lombo, a small village in Macedo de Cavaleiros, Portugal. He has been instrumental in facilitating primary healthcare access for the local population by collaborating with young physician Mariana Rodrigues to provide monthly medical consultations, addressing the community's urgent need for medical care after many residents were left without a family doctor.
