Miguel Gorbe

Miguel Gorbe, a 51-year-old lawyer from Teruel, has been actively advocating for changes in maternity and paternity leave policies following the tragic loss of his daughter, Naira, in 2018. He has challenged the legal system regarding the discriminatory treatment of non-gestational parents in cases of stillbirth, taking his case through various judicial levels, including the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
