Miguel Marcelo Salirrosas
Miguel Marcelo Salirrosas, also known by his aliases 'Tío Jhony' or 'Diablo', is a former police officer from Trujillo, Peru, who was accused of being part of the criminal organization 'Los Pulpos'. He was arrested during a large-scale police operation in August 2016 and later sentenced to over 22 years in prison for his involvement with the gang. His case has gained attention due to the defense provided by Juan José Santiváñez, the Minister of the Interior, who argued that the legal proceedings against him lacked sufficient evidence.
