Mihail Karpenko
Mihail Karpenko is the bassist of the Belarusian band Srpski nož, who also faced political persecution for his involvement in anti-government protests in Belarus. After being arrested and beaten by police, he relocated to Kyiv and later to Warsaw, where he joined the band. His experiences of repression and exile inform his contributions to the band's post-punk sound and thematic exploration of conflict and identity.
