Mihail Mateskua

Mihail Mateskua is a renowned ballet dancer originally from Romania, who has made a significant impact on the ballet scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After moving to Sarajevo nearly three decades ago, Mateskua began his career with humble beginnings and has since dedicated himself to the art of ballet, achieving recognition for his commitment and talent. Recently, he was appointed as one of the principal dancers at the Narodno pozorište Sarajevo, a title he describes as the pinnacle of his career. His journey reflects not only his personal growth as an artist but also his deep connection to the theater, which he considers his second home.
