Mihail Soutsos

Mihail Soutsos was a prominent figure in the Greek War of Independence and served as the Prince of Moldavia. Born into a distinguished Phanariot family, he played a crucial role in advocating for Greek rights and interests during his time in the Ottoman administration. Soutsos was a supporter of the Filiki Eteria, contributing financially and politically to the independence movement, and his leadership in Moldavia was instrumental during the early phases of the revolution.
