Mihkel Kapp

Mihkel Kapp was a notable Estonian entrepreneur and rally driver known for his involvement in real estate development in recent years. He previously served as a board member of Baltic Oil Service OÜ, a company based in Paldiski. Tragically, he was one of the victims in a helicopter collision near Eura Airport in Finland, which resulted in the loss of three residents from Otepää, marking a significant loss for the local community.
