Mikalai Dukshta

Mikalai Dukshta is a Belarusian diplomat who was identified as a staff employee of the KGB operating under the cover identity of a counselor for administrative affairs at the Belarusian embassy in Prague. He was recently expelled from the Czech Republic as part of a larger operation that uncovered an alleged Belarusian spy ring.
