Mikayla Shiffrin is an American alpine ski racer known for her remarkable achievements on the World Cup circuit, where she has set numerous records, including the most wins in slalom and giant slalom events. Born on March 13, 1995, in Vail, Colorado, Shiffrin began skiing at a young age and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the youngest slalom champion in Olympic history at the 2014 Sochi Games.
