Mike Boit

Mike Boit is a retired Kenyan athlete renowned for his achievements in middle-distance running, particularly in the 800 meters and 1500 meters events. He gained international fame as a competitor in various Olympic Games and World Championships during the 1970s and 1980s. Beyond his athletic career, Boit has contributed to sports education as a Professor of Exercise and Sports Science at Kenyatta University, where he mentors aspiring athletes and promotes physical education.
