Mikela Castro Bolívar

Mikela Castro Bolívar is a talented 10-year-old surfer from Cieneguita, Limón, who has set impressive goals for herself in the Lafise National Surf Circuit 2025. Having recently returned to her hometown, she is determined to excel in various age categories, including U-12, U-14, U-16, and junior, with aspirations to compete in the Open category. Mikela has already made waves in the surfing community as the youngest athlete to be called up to the Costa Rican National Senior Team, participating in the Pan American Games in Lima. With the support of her family, she balances her athletic ambitions with her studies, aiming to graduate sixth grade while pursuing her dream of competing at the world level.
