Mikhail Kucherov

Mikhail Kucherov is a former police officer from Belarus who left the law enforcement agency in the 1990s. Currently residing in Luxembourg, he is involved in Belarusian opposition politics and was one of the organizers of the recent gathering in Vilnius aimed at establishing the Belarusian National Coalition (BNC) to represent the interests of the Belarusian people.
