Miko Eklöf is a Finnish traveler who, along with his family, was staying in an Airbnb on the southern coast of Portugal when a widespread power outage struck. Faced with the closure of local shops and restaurants, Eklöf had to creatively manage food supplies for his young children while relying on neighbors for assistance.
