Mikolaš Dzurinda is a Slovak politician who served as the Prime Minister of Slovakia. He was involved in a serious car accident on August 31, 2001, while traveling in a convoy from Belgrade to Novi Sad, but fortunately emerged unscathed from the incident that resulted in multiple fatalities.
