Milagros Rocío Peña

Milagros Rocío Peña was a 23-year-old nursing student at the National University of Rosario, driven by her desire to care for her mother, who suffers from a disability. Despite facing significant challenges, including taking on multiple jobs since the age of 15 to support her family after her mother's health problems, she was dedicated to her studies and her family's well-being. Tragically, she lost her life in a bicycle accident in Rosario when a parked car's door was opened without warning, leading to her being struck by a bus.
