Milan Mihailović

Milan Mihailović is a convicted drug dealer from Podgorica who was initially sentenced to two and a half years in prison for selling cocaine. However, due to a legal technicality involving the absence of the word 'neovlašćeno' (unauthorized) in his verdict, the Appellate Court overturned his conviction, allowing him to remain free despite the Supreme Court's ruling that the earlier decision was illegal.
