Mileny Lizama

Mileny Lizama is reportedly the sister of Juan Carlos Lizama Escalante and has been arrested alongside him for her alleged involvement in the criminal activities of Los Cachos, a gang responsible for significant violence and disruption in the Bajo Aguán region.
