Milo Glavičanin is a former secretary for environmental protection in Kolašin, who previously oversaw plans for the construction of a shelter for abandoned animals that have, unfortunately, remained unfulfilled. He was involved in the planning stages, which were expected to provide a solution to the area's pressing issue of stray animals.
