Milton Morales Figueroa

Milton Morales Figueroa was the head of the Tactical Strategy and Special Operations Unit of the Secretariat of Citizen Security in Mexico City. He was known for his significant role in combating organized crime and was involved in various successful operations against drug trafficking groups. Morales was tragically assassinated on July 21, 2024, in Coacalco while shopping, an incident that raised concerns over the safety of law enforcement officials in Mexico and highlighted the ongoing violence linked to organized crime.
