Min Fuyou

Min Fuyou is the Party Branch Secretary of Jimei Village, a new settlement established as part of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region's efforts to improve living conditions for relocated residents from the ecologically fragile areas of Xihai Gu. He has witnessed the transformation of his community since the government's relocation initiatives began in the 1980s, facilitating a shift from harsh living conditions to a more sustainable environment with better access to resources.
