Minh Mạng
Minh Mạng was the second emperor of the Nguyễn dynasty in Vietnam, reigning from 1820 to 1841. His reign is noted for various reforms, including administrative changes and cultural advancements, as well as the decision to move the capital from Thăng Long to Huế, which altered the course of Vietnamese history.
