Miodrag Zdravković

Miodrag Zdravković was a prominent journalist and television presenter known for delivering the news of the death of Josip Broz Tito, the long-time president of Yugoslavia. His emotional announcement on January 5, 1980, marked a significant moment in Yugoslav history. Following this pivotal event, Zdravković retired at the age of 55 and spent his later years in his village of Rgotina, where he engaged in agriculture, which contributed to his longevity until his passing in 2017 at the age of 90.
