Mircea Negulescu

Mircea Negulescu, known by the nickname 'Portocală', is a former prosecutor at the DNA Ploiești, who gained notoriety for his involvement in high-profile corruption cases. He was accused of fabricating evidence and coercing witnesses while investigating individuals, including former MP Vlad Cosma. Recently, he won a court ruling that awarded him one million lei in damages from several individuals he had previously investigated, following accusations of conducting abusive investigations.
