Miriam Black Sow

Miriam Black Sow is a representative of Uganda to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) and a prominent figure in the Non-Aligned Movement. She actively participated in the recent discussions at the OPCW, where she called for Japan to accelerate the process of eliminating its abandoned chemical weapons in China, highlighting the need for comprehensive and accurate action in accordance with the 2022 disposal plan.
