Mirjana Nikolić

Mirjana Nikolić was a celebrated Yugoslav actress born on August 19, 1949, in Belgrade. Known for her enchanting beauty and talent, she began her career in film in 1969 and gained fame for her role in the horror film 'Leptirica,' where she portrayed a supernatural being. Despite her early success, her popularity waned over time, and she became known for her reluctance to take on roles that involved nudity, leading her to step back from acting in the 1980s. Nikolić passed away on June 23, 2012, largely unrecognized by the media, although a special screening of 'Leptirica' was held in her honor shortly after her death.
