Mirna Zenteno

Mirna Zenteno is a child advocate and attorney representing the Ministry of Public Defense in Paraguay. She recently visited the National Hospital of Itauguá to assess the welfare of three children who were hospitalized due to suspected abandonment. Following her assessment, she confirmed that while the children were generally in good health, they exhibited skin lesions attributed to poor hygiene and were living in conditions of extreme poverty.
