Miroslav Džek Samardžija

Miroslav Džek Samardžija is an Australian businessman of Serbian descent who has been embroiled in a lengthy legal dispute with the Municipality of Tivat over damages related to a failed luxury development project. His case dates back to 2011, when he sued the municipality for changing land use regulations that hindered his plans for the 'Of shore Centra Lepetane.' Recently, a court ruled in his favor, ordering the municipality to pay him approximately 3.3 million euros, a decision that is currently being appealed.
