Miroslaw Stanislaw Wachowski

Miroslaw Stanislaw Wachowski is a Polish bishop and the undersecretary for Relations with States at the Holy See, participating in various international diplomatic efforts on behalf of the Vatican. He recently co-presided over a mass in Rome celebrating Paraguay's independence.
