Mitar Klikovac

Mitar Klikovac is a Colonel and the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Montenegro. He recently made headlines for inaugurating the international and inter-institutional cyber exercise 'Cyber Soko 25' at the military airport 'Knjaz Danilo.' Klikovac emphasized the importance of cybersecurity as a critical area of national security, akin to land, sea, and air. He highlighted that the exercise involves collaboration among various institutions and countries, aiming to enhance defense against sophisticated cyber threats. As Montenegro is a NATO member, Klikovac stressed the need for readiness, knowledge, and partnership in addressing these challenges.
