Miyadah

Miyadah is an Ezidi woman who was abducted by ISIS at the age of 11 during the attack on her village in Sinjar in 2014. She endured horrific experiences, being sold multiple times into sexual slavery before managing to escape and rebuild her life in Australia. Her story highlights the ongoing plight of thousands of Ezidi women and girls who remain missing, while she bravely shares her traumatic memories to raise awareness about the atrocities committed against her community.
