Mlađa Milovanović, a Serbian man, gained notoriety for his heinous crime in 1996 when he brutally attacked and attempted to murder 19-year-old Jelena Đorđević. After abducting her, he subjected her to horrific violence before setting her on fire. Despite his claims of innocence and a background in criminal justice, he was ultimately convicted and sentenced to 40 years in prison for his actions. He passed away in prison, maintaining his innocence until the end.
