Mohamad Awang

Mohamad Awang, a 49-year-old contractor from Johor Bahru, was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing materials related to the terrorist group Daesh. His conviction marked a second offense, as he had previously been released from a similar charge in June 2022.
