Mohamed Abbas Helmy
Mohamed Abbas Helmy Hachem, born on January 20, 1961, is a former Minister of Civil Aviation and former Commander of the Egyptian Air Force. He graduated from the Egyptian Air Academy in 1982 and rose through the ranks to lead the Air Force. Helmy holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation and Military Sciences, a Master's in Military Sciences from the Command and Staff College, and completed advanced courses at the Nasser Higher Military Academy.
