Mohamed Ali Mohammed Mohammed is the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning of Iraq. He recently served as a special envoy to Mauritania, delivering a formal invitation from Iraqi President Abdul Latif Rashid to Mauritania's President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani for the upcoming Arab Summit in May 2025.
