Mohamed Kisukari

Mohamed Kisukari, 43, is a resident of Kimara, Dar es Salaam, who was involved in a tragic accident while driving a vehicle transporting a body. He has been arrested by the Morogoro Police for reckless driving, which led to the death of two mourners during the incident.
