Mohamed Raza is a farmer from the village of Husain Abad in Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan, who has played a significant role in the implementation of artificial glaciers, known as 'stupas,' which have helped trap approximately 20 million liters of water this year alone, alleviating water scarcity for local agriculture.
