Mohammad Ali Amir-Moezzi

Mohammad Ali Amir-Moezzi is a prominent scholar of Islam and a director of studies at the École pratique des hautes études in Paris. He has contributed significantly to the understanding of Islamic texts and history, previously co-editing 'Le Coran des historiens' in 2019. Recently, he co-directed a comprehensive work involving fifty international researchers that explores the multifaceted representation of the Prophet Muhammad across various cultures and historical contexts.
