Mohammad Anis

Mohammad Anis is an entrepreneur who transitioned from working as a cook in a hotel to starting his own food business in 2023. Partnering with a friend, he began selling 'shingara' (a type of fried snack) from a small cart, which rapidly gained popularity among customers. Within months, he expanded his operations to include a dedicated shop, initially offering breakfast and later lunch options as well. Recognizing the demand for shingara, Anis focused on this specialty, initially handling all aspects of production himself. As his business flourished, he employed 17 individuals from his community, providing them with jobs in various roles such as preparation, cooking, and serving, thereby contributing to local employment and economic growth.
