Mohammad Hossein Baqeri

Mohammad Hossein Baqeri is an Iranian general who serves as the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces. He has held this position since 2017, overseeing military operations and coordinating strategies among Iran's armed forces. Baqeri is known for his strong stance on regional security and has been a prominent figure in Iran's military leadership, particularly in relation to the country's defense strategies against perceived threats from Israel and other adversaries. Recently, he was reported to have been killed during Israeli airstrikes aimed at Iranian military facilities.
