Mohammad Ishfaq

Mohammad Ishfaq was a teacher in Jammu and Kashmir who was recently dismissed from government service due to his involvement with the terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT). He was reportedly in regular contact with a top LeT commander and had been assigned an active operational role, including a plot to assassinate a police officer.
