Mohammed Hussein Bahar Al-Uloom

Mohammed Hussein Bahar Al-Uloom is an Iraqi diplomat and the Deputy Foreign Minister for Bilateral Relations. He plays a significant role in shaping Iraq's foreign policy and enhancing bilateral cooperation with other nations, particularly in areas such as energy and trade. Recently, he led Iraq's delegation during the fourth round of political consultations with Turkmenistan, culminating in the signing of a memorandum of understanding to bolster energy cooperation between the two countries.
