Mohammed Mogouchkov

Mohammed Mogouchkov is a young Russian man who gained notoriety for the brutal murder of Dominique Bernard, a 57-year-old literature professor, in Arras, France, on October 13, 2023. At the time of the incident, Mogouchkov was reported to have pledged allegiance to the Islamic State. He has not yet been tried for his crimes, and while incarcerated, he has been implicated in a suspected escape plot alongside two other inmates.
